WHY SOME MATERIALS ARE NOT DECOMPOSED BY THE ACTION OF MICRO ORGANISMS??

Well, that is because some materials are non-biodegradable and are not affected by the different cell processes and chemicals secreted by microorganisms that decompose biodegradable materials.
