★Increasing Era of Competition ★

→Good Morning Respected Principal Ma'am , worthy teachers and my dear fellow mates. Today I Shreya , a student of class 9 feels privileged to share this dias with you all . Students , today am here with a very common and important topic - "Increasing Era of Competition" .

=> Competition - whenever we hear this term , what comes to our mind ? The answer for most of us would be - beating others and being termed "The best". Competition is no doubt the best way to test someone's caliber . But , my dear friends - what is seen in the present scenario is that competition is taking a toll on our lives.

=> Today , each one of us is running . Life seems to have become a race where everyone wants to secure the first spot. As you all know , India is a highly populated country . Increasing population means increasing competition coz people are more and opportunities are less now a days . Each one of us wants to beat others . I won't say that competition is bad. I mean , it is good as well as beneficial until it's a "Healthy Competition" .

=> By Healthy Competition , I mean that take this word as a measure of improvement. It shouldn't be meant to beat others but to extract out your own potential . Always Remember these lines -

"You are not in competition with anyone but yourself . So always focus on improving yourself first" !

=> Competition forms a part of our life since the very beginning . As a child we compete for our parents love and attention at homes , then in school we compete with our classmates for grades ! Actually , this competition continues throughout our life . So , what's the conclusion ? The basic idea is just that focus on its positive part. Indulging in competition is the best means to extract your potential . But remember , if this competition takes an 'Ugly" form , you'll have to face the consequences . You might've heard how due to this ever increasing competition , students develop undesirable stress . Means the negative impacts are no less.

★Thus, what I can say is - take this competition as a way of improving yourself . I'd conclude my speech with the following lines -

"Life is strange with its twists and turns ,
Each one of us would sometimes learn .
Life takes its turns 'bout ,
When he might have won had he stuck out !
So, don't give up though the pace seems slow ,
You'll surely succeed with another bow !"

☆ As we all know, Nowadays there's a lot of competition in the Market. Globalization is the factor for all these competition. It makes the market full of good Quality goods. It covers the world with competition. The MNCs set up by the company in the different parts of world makes very profit from all these.

☆ Advantage of Globalization.

Globalization has made everything possible. What we were getting in high cost, that very thing is very cheap today. It gives us very Advantage as It improves the Education Quality, It increases the employment opportunities, Good quality goods and services, All the facilities in very less amount and it removes the Cultural barriers. Now, People are employed. Although after all these it has several disadvantages too.

☆ Disadvantages of Globalization.

Because of the competition, Several Illegal ways are being followed by the people for their survival. It creates a vast difference between rich and poor, as the rich people make profit by illegal practicing. It also promotes the spread of disease as many factories to make profit make people to do work without taking any precaution. It also responsible for the rate of fall of employment rate and Environmental Degredation.
