Hi there!

With technology evolving every minute, it’s only natural that social media – and how we use it – is constantly changing. Basic instant messaging has evolved into a dizzying array of ways to create, share and engage with one another.

It starts with content that comes at us from the moment we grab our cell phones in the morning, throughout the work day, and long into the evening on computers, tablets and laptops.

It completely changed the way we communicate, interact and even how we feel about ourselves and others.

It has became an Integral part of our lives that we can leave our Smartphones, Computers and Laptops for a single minute, One might feel the following things when they are away from their beloved gadgets :

♦ Decreased self-esteem
♦ Anxiety
♦ Depression
♦ A feeling of lack of connection
♦ Feelings of inferiority
♦ Addiction to Social Media [ Most Important point. ]

but,
To ask our generation kids to imagine a world without social networking is like asking them to imagine a world without air or water. [ Not for me :p ]

I asked my Grandpa to try and imagine the same,

He said ''' It’s easy – you’re basically asking us to recall the larger chunk of our growing years. I probably belong to the last generation of kids who wrote “letters” to each other.
Yes, “letters” – written with an ancient gadget known as “pen” and an archaic device called a “piece of paper”. There is a sense of fond nostalgia in being a part of “history”, the days of rotary phones and dial up internet, but boy, am I glad to be part of the Future as well. '''

Some of you might rememer that there was a time when we called friends regularly, and/or, shocker of all shockers: actually visited them.

But Now, if you need to get in touch with your best bud, why call, why even SMS when you can send a Tweet, a DM (direct message), a Facebook message, a LinkedIN Mail or even Facebook chat.

Old schoolers would feel this amounts to killing any real human communication, whereas new-schoolers would believe they are communicating now more than ever before. :D

♦ In a world without social media, Obama might not have become president.

♦ In a world without Facebook, geeky boys would not stand a chance to say “hi” to the pretty girl in their class [ JUST KIDDING :p ].

♦ In a world without Youtube, we would never be able to enjoy watching some child across the globe getting his finger bitten by his baby brother.

♦ In a world without Match.Com, one out of five couples would not be together.

♦ In a world with no Wikipedia, it would take a couple of hundred years to double human knowledge.

So do we conclude that a world without social networking would be a lot more precarious and socially volatile than the world as it is today? Or alternatively would we have the stress free existence of being our selves, rather than having to perform a character, and in some cases, multiple profiles, on different social networking sites, almost all the time.

Yet, we all do it, and compulsively. Can you really call this dependence on social media an addiction when almost everyone is collectively hooked on to it?
[ I think I'm not. -_- ]

So I wanna conclude,
In a world without social networking, regardless of whether we consider it as being better or worse off, would none the less be an anthropologically backward one.

I would say,
Social networking isn't a bad thing but it should be used in a limit...

Social media..... which is now a common word in today's world. Social media is helpful and even a destroyer according to the way we use it. Nowadays , social media is influencing today's world effectively. Especially teenagers and middle age people.....it may even spread to children in coming days.

Teenagers , and the people using the social media feels glad for the inventors of social media apps such as WhatsApp , Facebook , Instagram. etc.... as these apps let them to do enjoy in that apps. But at the same time there are one group of people who hates social media from the bottom of their heart.....they are our parents ....the only reason behind their hate towards social media is that they destroy the lives of their children and let them make addicted to the social media apps.

Nowadays, it became impossible to touch a phone one day by a teenager and if he/she do so its really shocking fact in these days . As no teenager in these days won't live without mobile as they changed the quote " A room without book is body without soul " to " A life without mobile is body without heart " . These days are the days where people began to start their day with mobile and end with mobile. These show a bad influence on the people who are using them. Mainly teenagers , they themselves destroy their physical as well as mental health .
As these social media causes many physiological disorders in their life.
The major psychological disorder caused by using mobiles includes anxiety and disturbs sleep as people uses these apps even in late nights.
It may even cause many health disorders .......which includes the radiation coming from mobile effects the metabolic activities and the radiations also causes the effect on brain.

Now , coming to your question.....

How would be the world without social media.....well, I can simply say in one word that world will be awesome and somewhat healthy as many of health disorders are caused because of using mobiles. But at the same time , without social media can also have some disadvantages as most of the news we get faster today is because of social media....
But, we can say surely that disadvantages can overcome the advantages because of social media as disadvantages are lesser compare to the advantages of the world without social media.
Now.... In one sentence I can say that social media is neither useful nor it destroys.
