Answer:

Under Article 370 of the Indian constitution special status to Jammu and Kashmir was given but abolishment of this led to jammu & kashmir becoming a normal area of India , union territory .

Mr.Narendra Modi was the first to work on working such article..

Before abolishment j&k was a state where people from other states could not buy properties & do any business but after abolishment things changed & now people can freely work on that area , too..
