Here is your answer.

Because Conc H2So4 has less hydrogen ion as compared to Dillute H2So4. The strength of an acid depends on the concentration of hydrogen ion.
Dillute H2So4 has more hydrogen ion therefore it is more acidic .

as conc. H2SO4 has less number of hydrogen ions as compared to dilute ....so due to the presence of more H+ ions it is more acidic
