the shape and the color plays a major role in it! it's the way your brain take things as and this illusion confuses your brain. hence, it looks like it's moving
As she said the colours place an important role....the brain gets confused because of the different types of colurs used in this image.....Our brain find it little difficult....and we feel like this is moving...
