Anonymous: I dunno.. it's something which is quite mysterious.. Maybe it's just that my sleep cycle is getting disturbed. I sometimes sleep at 12,get up by 7:45 for school, and then when I come home, I feel sleepy. And sometimes I waste my time taking a nap :( when there is no school, I get up at 10 something. cuz if I wake up before that.. I feel like sleeping more and getting he.luva grumpy.. Just wanted to know wut I could do bout it..
Anonymous: and no, I don't get up to find myself screaming.

Answer:

Human body needs max of 8 hours sleep every night. When that's disturbed, it becomes a disorder.

Ah well, there are certain things that need to be taken care of.

A proper diet if you feel tired out often. Eat lots of protein to energize yourself. Calories our body needs a day has to be at least 1500 with 30% proteins. Atleast one thing is good about being a vegan, YOU HAVE TO EAT SALAD, boy. A disorder, and greem leafy vegetables don't help? That's impossible :D

okay moving on to the next, what activities you take on before bedtime.

Absolutely no screen time before 2 hours of going to bed, if you do and still complain you ain't able to get your beauty sleep, thatll be pointless.

So here's what you can do, set a routine. Done? Before 30 minutes of bedtime walk around with the pillow or read some book (auto biographies to be preferred over fiction) you think can make you sleep in no time.

The last one, ARE YOU STRESSED?

Start meditating. 15 mins every morning.

First few days will be hard to stick to the routine but that's better for both you and your body. Better struggle a few days than sabotaging yourself forever.

Have a good sleep broda! :D Oh and yeah, caffeine intake affects your sleep too. (you know why)
