It is like the difference between a car and a carpet.

here,

sin 2A , and 2 sin A

Let A = 45°

Now, sin 2A = sin 90°

==> sin 90° = 1 ...(1)

Also,

2 sin A = 2 × sin 45°

==> 2 sin 45° = 2 ...(2)

From (1) and (2) , It is clear that sin 2A 2 sin A

sin 2A = sine of 2 times of A

2 sin A = two times of sine A

Hope it helps you!
