a) definitely advertising the company and their offers would attract customers and adding customer loyalty discount for a particular set of time would help.
b) it would definitely help creating new varieties of drinks to help attract customers but at the same time will increase the cost of production, you have to make sure the profits and production prices are worth it.
c) since these are soft during companies, their target customers should definitely be late teenagers and early twenties.
