Hey ❤,

Just open all the brackets,

x^2 + 3x + 2x + 6 + x^2 - 2x - 3x +6 - 2x^2-2x = 0

Now group like terms and solve,

12 = 2x

x = 6

Hope this helps you out! ♥

Answer:

6

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Equation is (x + 2)(x + 3) + (x - 3)(x - 2) - 2x(x + 1) = 0

⇒ x² + 3x + 2x + 6 + [x² - 2x - 3x + 6] - [2x² + 2x] = 0

⇒ x² + 5x + 6 + x² - 2x - 3x + 6 - 2x² - 2x = 0

⇒ x² + 5x + 6 + x² - 5x + 6 - 2x² - 2x = 0

⇒ -2x + 12 = 0

⇒ -2x = -12

⇒ x = 6.

The solution set consists of only one variable i.e 6.

Hope it helps!
