People are considered as resource in economy as there is a full cycle i.e. people work hard and earn money they give some money to the banks as tax and give some money to the shopkeepers instead of resources. The shopkeepers also take this money as earning and pay some tax to the bank. The local banks pay tax to the main bank at mumbai (RBI) and take the rest as earning and to pay the salary of workers. This money is also paid some for resources and some as tax. This tax collected by RBI is used for giving some services to the citizens such as building bridges, recovry of roads, etc. While the left amount is used as loans which are paid with an increasement.. the money which is given as loan is used for production and releasing of new products which also results in increasement of money when bought in market by people. the earned money is again deliverd to RBI. this cycle goes on and on.

People are considered as resources because they have skills, mind and knowledge to do various things. They invent different things and through this there is a progress and we become technologically advanced. ... Thus without the HUMAN RESOURCES there will be no other resources.
