Heyy Buddy❤

Here's your Answer...

Given,

Sin + 2cos = 1.

=> Squaring on both sides.

=> (sin + 2cos)^2 = 1^2

=> sin^2 + 4cos^2 + 4sin cos = 1

=> (1 - cos^2) + 4( 1 - sin^2) + 4 sin cos = 1

=> 1 - cos^2 + 4 - 4sin^2 + 4 sin cos = 1

=> - cos^2 + 4 - 4 sin^2 + 4sin cos = 0

=> Multiplying both side by -1.

=> cos^2 - 4 + 4 sin^2 - 4 cos sin = 0

=> cos^2 + 4sin^2 - 4 cos sin = 4

=> (cos + 2sin)^2 = 2^2

=> Putting square root on both the sides

=> cos + 2sin = 2
