Heyyaa....

Maths question..

A ladder 15 m long just reaches the top of a vertical wall. If the ladder makes an angle of 60° with the wall,find the height of the wall.

The answer should be 7.5m​

BA....= 15m hypotenuse(H)

we need to find AC...that is adjacent (A)

and....cos = A/H

then...

cos 60°= A/H

1/2 = A/15

A= 1/2 × 15

A= 15/2

A= 7.5m
