Height (h)= 10 m

Acceleration due to gravity (g)=10m/s^2

Time(t)=8s

Let the effective power be P,

Power \:  =  \frac{m \times g \times h}{t}

Power=(800×10×10)/8 watt

Power=10000 watt=10000×10^(-3) kW

Power=10 kW

Efficiency= 75%= 0.75

According to question,

0.75×P= 10kW

P×(3/4)=10 kW

P=40/3 kW
