given: triangle ABC is a right angled triangle
By Pythagoras theorem
BC square= AC square +AB square
BC x BC = 4 x 4+ 3 x3
Bc square = 16+ 9
= 25
BC = 5...........................(1)

Area of triangle= 1/2 x a x b
1/2 x 3x4
1/2 x 12
Area of triangle. is 6...(2)
BC is diameter therefore BO and CO are equal

radius =2.5
area of circle= pia r square
22/7x2.5x2.5
22/7x 6.25
19.64.............................(3)

area of shaded region= 19.64 - 6

13.64
