Heyyy,hii friends..

Please help it's urgent...

Q.The displacement (in meter) of a particle moving along x-axis is given by x=18t + 5t^2

Calculate;

i)The instantaneous velocity at t=4sec.

ii)Average velocity between t=4sec. and t=5sec.

iii)Find the difference in velocity this interval of time.

Answer:

(1).

  • the instantaneous velocity is calculated as 2t m/s where t is time

therefore inst. velocity = 4×2 m/s = 8m/s( u have already derived this formula!)

(2).

  • differentiation 'x' with respect to time = dx/dt = 10t

now, v4s = 40m/s & v5s = 50m/s

avg velocity = 45m/s

(3).

  • difference between velocity = (50 - 40) m/s = 10m/s

hope it will help u!

THNKS!
