a man on certain planet through up stone of 500 gram with velocity of 10 m/s and catches it after 8 seconds what is the weight of the stone on the planet??

0 = 10 ( 8) - 1/2 a ( 8)^2

80 = 64 a/2

80 = 32 a

a= 80/32 = 5/2

Now weight = mg = 0.5 × 5/2 = 0.5 × 2.5 = 1.25 N
