Answer:

in a federal form of government, the central government shares its powers with the various constituent units of the country. For example, in India, power is divided between the government at the Centre and the various State governments. In a unitary form of government, all the power is exercised by only one government.

Answer

the federal form of government certainly score over unitary type of governments epecially when people of different religion caste and cultural reside in one and the same country .In federal system ,government enjoy their power independent of each other. In this sense federation are contrasted with unitary government .under the unitary system either there is only one level of government or subunits are subordinate to the Central government. The central government can pass and order to the provincial or local government . In federal system Central government cannot pass the order to the state government to do something the state government has power of its our for which it is not answerable to the central government but the both the government are special separate answerable to the people
