here it is the phenomenon of refration of light since when it will get into the water then the ray of light passing through each lens will get refrated since it is passing from one medium to another.

In case of spherical mirror there will be no change in the focal length of mirror when immersed in water. This is because the focal length of mirrors does not depend on external media in which it is placed.

In the case of lenses refraction takes place.When a lens is immersed in water the value of refractive index decreases . Hence its focal length increases.
