To block a user in message box, there is a option given above - report or block.
If u want to block the question and answer ,for that is also same.

Here's the answer you are looking for

☛ If you are using the app

At the top right corner, you will see 3 dots. Click that, and you will get the option to block or report the person you are talking to.

☛ If you are using browser or the site

At the top right corner, you will find an option "Block/Reply" Click that to either report the person you are talking to as spam or simply block him/her.

☛ Note that you can't block Moderator.
