given- resistance in parallel =3 ohms and 6 ohms while resistance in series is 4 ohms

current given is 0.8 ampere

to find= the voltage of circuit.

solution=

I) finding total resistance i.e. (in parallel)=1/3+1/6=1/2  hence the resistance in parallel is 2 ohms.

now , total resistance = 4 ohms + 2 ohms = 6 ohms.

applying ohms law [ V=IR ]

V=0.8 x 6 ohms

V= 4.8 volt.
