HOW WE CAN SOLVE BY HIMSELF THIS PROBLEM
WHEN YOU STARTS UR PC
THEN AFTER 05 SECOND SHOW
"Window is loading file "
PLEASE TELL ME HOW FIX THIS PROBLEM !!!!!!!

if it is showing Windows is loading, u can try three methods
1)Restart it.
2)press enter
3)press F5

if this does not work tell me I will tell u other method also

By rebooting the device or
By pressing the Enter key as...

Rebooting device clears a lot of cache and a lot of opened pages are also closed...

Pressing the Enter key would act like a push button to start up a device .
