hey buddy having some computer problems let's come to the point

I think there are some technical issue which causing your file to update at a very slow

for which you are not able to open your window file for this I have a better solution so let's come to the point

shutdown your computer
restart your computer and then press F5 key and enter then you will able to open your window file
