We know:
Perimeter of Rectangle: 2×(l+b)
Let's Find:
392= 2×(4x+3x)
392=2×7x
392=14x
392/14=x
28=x
Length:
4x= 28
x= 28
4×28= 112m
Breadth:
3x=28
x=28
28×3= 84m

∴ Area = l × b

Breadth = 3x = 3 × 12 = 36 m
