The admission criteria remains the same for you as it is for any high school graduate. you will have to take the respective pre-medical enterance exam. with a B Sc degree you don't have any advantage in the admissions process except that you might do better on the entrance exam. Considering, that you have more educational experience in biological sciences (biotechnology), your chances of out-competing the average high school graduates in the enterance exam should be higher.
