yes it can be because the study is going on regarding the same and the movie is inspired by the same study by the scientist and as you know the technology has been moved so far that the scientist can increase or decrease the distance between two particles of an object now as an example you can see that not the technology in your phone is coming on NM the size is decreasing day by day and the distance is in decreasing to so I can say that day is not for when we can get ant-man suit it's not be today but it will be there most probably it will be in 2040,2050 around
