Answer:

Peoples frequently go to see topographic points of their involvement like menagerie. hill-stations. sea-shores etc. but our teacher one twenty-four hours made a program to see a Bird Sanctuary. It sounded rather thrilling to us because it was a really unusual type of visit. Of late I have been take parting in the different nature related activities. quizzes. nature trails. posting competitions. walks. programmes etc. so I got selected for the visit. I was overjoyed and felt on top of the universe as it was traveling to be a wholly different experience for us. On 5th November. 2012 at 7 am we were to run into at the school premises from where it was over to our instructor. About after 40 proceedingss drive we were at the “CHINTAMANI KAR BIRD SANCTUARY” in Narendrapur. Kolkata. It Is one of the most oldest Bird sanctuaries in Kolkata and situated off from the bunco and hustle of the metropolis. As we entered the sanctuary the pristine verdure of the topographic point made us speechless because in metropoliss merely we can see the highrises. promenades. multiplexes and tonss of vehicles running everyplace.

The immense trees. The heavy leaf and the silence thrilled us all. We were filled with curiousness and the strong desire to research. Slowly we were escorted into the sanctuary and so it was ne’er earlier. Beautiful trees. creepers. canopies. different assortment of Butterflies. Moths. Birds. Squirrels and other beauties of nature greeted us. As we headed indoors. we got the glances of a Black Drongo. some Red – Vented Bulbuls. a Black –Headed Oreol. Purple Heron. Common Sparrows. Cormorants etc. Our instructor spotted the common Kingfisher aiming his breakfast delectations. The inside of the sanctuary resembled heavy wood. After researching the sanctuary we realised how beautiful nature is and what I had been losing. There was besides a little lake which was centrally located.

There in the lake were Lesser Whistling Ducks. Pochards and other aquatic birds. Soon it was clip to return. We came back to school with the fond memories of the visit. The visit to the sanctuary was non merely a new experience for us but besides really enriching. Some experiences are like moving ridges which come and pass by but some leave an unerasable grade on our heads and my experience of the visit is one of them. I would wish to thank our school for supplying us such good chances and hope to hold some more like this in close hereafter.

I hope this is helpful..
