hi every one!

This is amit.

I have a problem with the universal gravitational constant(G). The problem is "why G is a scalar why not vactor since its unit(nm2/kg2) is a vactor" and while I was going through some of the books of newton and some of class 11th, i came to know that if F = -G then this is vector and if F =G then its scalar .

Huge problem please help me out of this.

thanks!
