Answer :
1)
Charles Hooper's appointment as assistant National sales manager is considered to be a tribute to Duke, because when chuck met with an accident then Duke was only who was able to understand his master. He helped him a lot to get back on his feet if Duke have not have him, then I can't be promoted. Thus all the credit should go to Duke's Intelligence, loyality and Dutifulness without his help, promotion would not have become possible.
2)
When Chuck return to the company headquarter, he presented some tough problems. He was fighting hard for a comeback and could work only an hour a day. So it was a problem for the company to what to do with a salesman who could not move around and could work only an hour a day.

1) It is undoubtedly true that at first private Quelch was a hero in the eyes of his fellow soldiers. He was an extraordinary fellow. He had too much knowledge on all the aspects of life. When anybody made a mistake, he would publicly correct it. He had a great enthusiasm and he was a tireless person. He used to borrow training manuals and stayed up late at nights reading them. He had also impressed the sergeant by answering correctly all the technical definitions ,the part of rifle, its uses and care. His salute at the pay table was a model to behold. Due to his knowledge he was nicknamed as 'professor' by his fellow soldiers. He was respected by everyone. He was a hardworking fellow and all these things bright admiration for him.
2) Chuck's moving back to the company headquarters presented several tough problems. Looking at the way he had how to get back to his normal life , no one had the heart to tell him that he would not be able to handle his old job, yet it was impossible to work as a salesman if you can't move about and can work for just one hour in a day.
