Hi frends plz give me a suitable answer. Q1) if a body is travelling in a orbital path and no external force is acting on it then the u velocity and f velocity will be equal or not

Yes, even when the netexternal force is 0, an object may travel with constant velocity. The only condition is that it should move with same constant velocity and it should be moving in the same direction.
