hello Rittika...
Here is your answer -
**************************************************
Neuromuscular Junction -
A synapse between skeletal muscle and motor neurone is known as Neuromuscular junction or Myoneural Junction.
For the contraction of skeletal muscle, it must be stimulated by motor neuron.
It helps in synaptic transmission. Synaptic transmission means the synapse which leads to muscular excitation.
Myasthenia gravis is an example of Neuromuscular disease.
***************************************************
Cerebrum -
It is the largest part of the brain. It is also considered as the most complex part. It is divided into two halves left and right hemispheres which are connected with each other through Corpus Callosum. Corpus Callosum is a bundle of myleinated fibres. The grey matter of Cerebrum is cerebral cortex which is an outer part as well. It's surface is largely folded in which upward folds are Gyri and inward folds are Sulci.
Lobes of Cerebrum -
1. Frontal lobe.
2. Temporal lobe.
3. Perital lobe.
4. Occipital lobe.
Functional Areas -
1. Sensory area - It receives impulse.
2. Association area - This area involves in memory, learning and reasoning.
3. Motor area - It transmits impluses to effector organs.

Hope it will help you...
best of luck...
