sandykiller: doing the same thing for no of time and lack of interest lead to stress or sometime time study pressure and many more just give little bit space for urself and do something interesting and creative thing that you like to do better way is to talk with your friend and sometime traveling new places

1)Yes its true.Some times we feel so much of stress because of shouting so much, feeling lonely etc.....

2)→The main reason on stress are shouting loudly,sitting alone,moving to a new school because of ur father's transfer which gives u lonely fellings(without ur friends).
→Getting anger on someone
→If ur father or mother shout/beat u,that time u feel very stressfully.
so be calm.
etc....................................

3)For coming out of stress

Follow this:-
→Dont shout at anybody
→Talk to everyone
→Do yoga regularly
→Control ur anger
→If u have any problem,share with ur mom or dad
→If u have any friendship problem,share that with ur true/real friend
→Start to do any interesting things
→Dont keep any problems in ur mind.share it with anyone

Of course everyone feels stress. That is true. This is because we are humans and we make mistakes due to these mistakes we go into depression. We feel stress in situations which are difficult to handle. When we feel stress our attitude may show physical signs of tension. Sometimes we are angry,or we feel irritated,or nervous or sometimes we feel sad. A little of stress is considered to be okay but not good but ongoing stress is very serious,it can lay a great impact and affect our mental health and cause depression, anxiety and personality disorders.
Main reasons for stressing are as follows:-
♠Death of a loved one
♠Loss of a job
♠Working too much
♠Emotional problems
♠Feeling discrimination or harassment at work
♠Feeling low compared to someone superior
♠Being unhappy in your job
♠Traumatic events
There are many more...
To get rid of stress are to follow the following:-
♠Listen to your favourite song
♠Read your favourite book
♠Try to be organized
♠Take a good sleep
