Hope you are fine and taking proper precautions during this pandemic situation. I am writing this letter to you because I heard that you are consuming a lot of fast foods during this lockdown period. Being your best friend It's my duty to inform you that consuming fast foods beyond limits effects our balanced deit hence disbalancing our body structure. Consuming too much fast foods leads to obesity. And obesity is the reason of various types of diseases in our body. Instead we should do proper exercise in order to keep our body fit and fine. Maintaining our body structure is very much important.

Hope you are good in this pandemic Covid-19 ! And for your proper health please take proper diet and eat proper food only. And please follow all the precautions. Heya, you know why I write this letter I write is because from your parents I heard that you are eating too much junk / fast food in this lockdown. Is it true ? If yes then dear friend please don't eat too much fast food in this pandemic because it really affect to our health. You know why I say this to you because you are my best friend. So, I say it to you that please take care of your health. So don't eat too junk / fast food because it's really harmful to our both and for our health . It disbalanced our body structure. And firstly it affects to body and secondly too much fast food eating cause obesity. And as you know that obesity is the reason of various type of disease in our body.
