11 can be written as root over of [3^2 + (2)^1/2]

11= [3^2 + (2)^1/2]

Now on number line draw root2 by taking 1cm and height 1 cm so by Pythagoras theorem you will have root2 . Now take base as root2 and height as 3 draw this traingle now subtend the angle onto the number line.
