v=a*t
t=v/a
t= 10/0.5
t= 20s
d = v*t = 0.5 * 20* 20 = 200m

Using equations of motion,

we get v = u + at

t = -u/a = -10/-0.5 = 20 s

and, s = ut + 1/2 at^2 = 10*20 - 1/2 (0.5*20^2) = 200 - 100 = 100 m
