i willl tell u with an example.someone gave/done a hurt breaking incident to someone.then he/she think that everyday.then he/she felt too bad.then he/she ask sry or forgive me but he/she not forgive him/her because at 1st itself he/she done a incident which is always in his/her mind.so till his/her death he/she didnt forget that incident because he/she was attend that pain on that time and he/she keep that incident in his/her heart
