Heya friend !!
Here's your answer !!

_______

t² + t - 2 = 0
=> t² + 2t - t - 2 = 0
=> t ( t + 2 ) - 1 ( t + 2 ) = 0
=> ( t - 1 ) ( t + 2 ) = 0

so, t = 1 or -2 .

_______

In a right angled triangle ,

Sin is the ratio of perpendicular to the hypotenuse of an angle .
Sin ( theta ) = perpendicular / hypotenuse .

Cos is the ratio of base to the hypotenuse of an angle .
Cos ( theta ) = base / hypotenuse .

Tan is the ratio of perpendicular to the base of an angle .
Sin ( theta ) = perpendicular / base .

_______

Hope it helps !!

hi friend.

1) answer : we will solve this question by using middle term factorization.

lets see,

given us

t² + t - 2 = 0

= > t² + ( 2 - 1 ) t - 2 = 0

= > t² + 2t - t - 2 = 0

= > t ( t + 2 ) - 1 ( t + 2 ) = 0

= > ( t + 2 ) ( t - 1 ) = 0

either

t + 2 = 0

=> t = - 2

or

t - 1 = 0

= > t = 1

thanks

2) →this question is from trigonometry. trigonometry very interesting for me.

→ full from of sin = sine
→ full from of cos = cosine
→ full from of tan = tangent
______________________________
=> Sin , yes , the ratio of length of the side opposite one of the angle in Right - Angled triangle that are less than 90° to the length of the longest side.

______________________________
=> Cosine ,yes, The ratio of the length of the side next to an Acute angle in a Right Angled triangle to the length of the longest side.
______________________________
=> Tangent, yes , the ratio angled of the side opposite an angle in a Right Angled triangle to the length of the next to it.
