Hi friendzzz......
I'm a Keralite and here almost every people have great access to health and infrastructure....and also to almost every luxuries and conveyances...
But still the per-capita income is lower than many of the south Indian and north Indian states....
But the people are leading a prosperous life....
So do the per-capita income is a right factor in deciding the economic and life conditions of a state?
We also cannot solely depend on human development index(hdi)...

So what's the right factor?

There can be many factors which can tell about the development of the country like educational status, literacy rate, infant mortality rate, life expectancy of a person living in that country. All these factors decide whether the country or a state is developed or not.
