Ans

Endocrine glands secrete hormones as well as enzymes (mostly digestive) and exocrine glands secrete hormones as well but exocrine glands are having ducts which transport the enzyme to the required place whereas endocrine glands do not have ducts (also called ductless glands )they secrete hormones directly into blood stream and  the blood stream directly takes the hormones to the target site.

Examples -

Exocrine glands - Pancreas,salivary gland,prostate gland etc

Endocrine glands- Adrenal glands, thyroid gland,Pancreas etc

NOTE-pancreas is an exception and is both an endocrine as well as an exocrine gland
