Question :

Find the smallest number by which 1200 should be multiplied so that square root of product is a rational number ?

In this question , We have provided with 1200 and we need to find the smallest number by which 1200 should be multiplied so that square root of a product is a rational number

Let x be the Smallest number

It means for the value of x  1200 should be multiplied so that square root of product is a rational number.

⇒ √1200

It can be Written as \sqrt{100 * 12}

⇒ √100 * √12

⇒ √100 * (√4*3)

⇒10 * 2√3

⇒ 20√3

Therefore , Our Required Value for x is 3 by which  1200 should be multiplied so that square root of product is a rational number.
