Given:

  • Cost price = ₹14,500
  • Loss = 20%

Formula used:

 {\red{\boxed{\bold{Selling \: price = Cost \: price - Loss}}}}

Answer:

Loss price =  \frac{20}{100}  \times 14500

So, the loss is of ₹2,900

Selling price = ₹(14,500 - 2,900)

Hence, the selling price of air conditioner is 11,600.
