the air which is present on the surface of the earth get heated quickly so it goes to elevated so when air goes to elevated their forms low pressure on the ground so the high pressure which is at the oceans or on any water bodies winds cover this low pressure now the low pressure occur in water so the surrounding air try to fill the low pressure present on water surface by this the all side of the air moves to the surface of the water body and form a rotational force this causes cyclone.

Hello

Good \: Morning

Tropical cyclones form only over warm ocean waters near the equator. To form a cyclone, warm, moist air over the ocean rises upward from near the surface. As the warmed, moist air rises and cools the water in the air forms clouds.

Hope it's help you
