Hi.

To find the work done on an object, Use the formula below.

\center{\boxed{Work \: = \: Force \times \: Displacement}}

To find the Kinetic energy of an object whose mass and velocity are known, use the formula below.

\center{\boxed{Kinetic \: Energy = \dfrac{1}{2} \times \: Mass \times \: Velocity}}

To find the potential energy whose mass and the height at which it is placed are known, use the formula below.

\center{\boxed{Potential \: Energy = Mass \times \: Acceleration \: Due \: to \: Gravity \times \: Height}}

To find the mechanical energy of an object, use the formula below.

\center{\boxed{Mechanical \: Energy = Kinetic \: Energy + Potential \: Energy}}

Hope it helps !
