You can try out some shonen jump ones too. NARUTO is somewhat emotional. BANANA FISH is a good emotional one (BF is not a shonen).

If you want something really emotional, try out PLASTIC MEMORIES.

And of course, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST: BROTHERHOOD.
