RAINBOW FORM IN A CIRCLE BECAUSE DUE TO TOTAL INTERNAL REFLECTION FROM THE WATER DROPLET OF WATER.







DUE TO TOTAL INTERNAL REFLECTION FROM THE WATER DROPLET IT'S ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF SUN.





THE WATER DROPLET ACT AS PRISM AND A SCATTER THE LIGHT AND IT DIVIDED INTO 7 COLOUR SO THAT RAINBOW IS FORMED.

Interesting question i ever found..thanks for asking...

Well, the first question will be "how does rainbow formed?"

When sunlight and rain combine in a specific way it happens rainbow.
The beam's of the sunlight seprate into the colour which we can see in rainbow as they entered as a drop.

2nd question will be "does sunlight have colors?
Well, the answer is yes.. Sunlight have colors which we cant see. It is made up of different colors.

Now, returing to the your question.
Question is " why the rainbow is form in circle?"

As we all know, that earth is round, hence the shape of rainbow is also circle..
For example, sometimes we saw airplanes in the sky, when the plane passes they there is a white smoke line, and it is in curve shape. It shows that "earth is in round shape".
