Answer:

BC = 24cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

ABC is a right angle triangle , right angled at C .

AB = 25cm

AC = 7cm

find :

BC = ???

solve :

we know that ,

by PGT

 {(ab)}^{2}  =  {(ac)}^{2}  +  {(bc)}^{2}

put the values of ab and ac

 {(25)}^{2}  =  {(7)}^{2}  +  {(bc)}^{2}

625 = 49 +  {(bc)}^{2}

625 - 49 =  {(bc)}^{2}

576 =  {(bc)}^{2}

 {(24)}^{2}  =  {(bc)}^{2}

bc = 24cm

Hence the value of BC = 24cm
