Usernames can only be changed under certain circumstances.  

If you would like to see if you're able to change your username, please use the contact form to speak with them directly.  

To initiate this process:  

1. Message them on the contact form

2. Under Category drop down box, select “General Inquiry”

3. Provide your profile link.

4. Include three possible nickname choices for your new 'Brainly' nickname.
