DESCRIBE FULL RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN ISRO. Just answer the whole process from high school to end point.

What type of graduation is needed? Is there any need to pass 12th , can't we do it after diploma?

ISRO Exam Pattern – Engineers and Scientists: Your selection process at ISRO can be broadly divided into 3 parts – Initial screening, Written Test and Interview. You will be shortlisted for the written test on the basis of your academic performance and biodata. This process is called Screening of applications.
