Xylem is located in roots, stems and leaves of the plant and it transports water and minerals from plant roots to aerial parts. It is found in vascular plants including the seedless club mosses, ferns, horsetails, as well as all angiosperms (flowering plants) and gymnosperms (plants with seeds unenclosed in an ovary).

Hope it helps..........
