hi guys!!
help me please

define :-
alpha rays and gamma rays
please please

varadaseshu: Alpha ray -  carry particles originating from the nucleus of a radioactive atom. These particles consist of two protons and two neutrons. Beta rays are a stream of negatively charged electrons. Gamma rays - are pure energy has neither mass nor charge, it remains unaffected by the magnetic field.

hello buddy here's ur answer➕➕➕

✴GAMMA RAYS : These rays are types of radiation, these are charges photon, , having high energy, ranging from keV to MeV,,

✴APLHA RAYS: These rays are the fast moving helium atoms, having typically more energy than others, ranges in MeV, posess a large mass...

Alpha particle is the helium nucleus,it consists of two protons and two neutrons. It contains no electron to balance the two protons and two neutrons. These are positively charged moving at high speeds.

These are electromagnetic waves of short wavelength and high frequency. These are emitted by most radioactive sources along with alpha and beeta rays.Gamma Ray's have no electrical charge.
